Proposed Bylaws

The CFA-SJSU Bylaws Committee is seeking ratification of the revised and updated bylaws for our chapter. This is the result of two different successive bylaws committees (with some of the same members in both) and more than seven years of work. If approved, the proposed bylaws will be in congruence with Statewide bylaws. The proposed bylaws will also provide more clarity about the duties and responsibilities of Executive Board members and more specificity on processes, such as elections and committee chair appointments. The proposed bylaws also has a mission statement and guidelines that will be vital to the operation of the chapter. Please review the proposed bylaws and approve them.
