Alecia Henderson for Lecturers Representative

I respectfully seek your vote as I run for re-election to the position of CFA Lecturer Representative for SJSU. In this position I have worked to provide information and support to lecturers across campus regarding our contract and other matters that have arisen. I have provided campus-wide workshops on the Nuts-N-Bolts of being a lecturer at SJSU, in addition to presentations on the Range Elevation process. Over the course of my 24 years at SJSU, I have become very familiar with the role and responsibilities of a lecturer, as well as many of the challenges. It has been a privilege to serve SJSU as the CFA Lecturer Representative, and I look forward to continuing to be of service in this role. I appreciate your vote.
